I realized I had the knowledge, clinical expertise, and compassion to make a meaningful difference — not only by caring for these children, but by supporting the families who loved them. My family and I opened our home to care for medically fragile children, and it became one of the most rewarding experiences of my nursing career.

A few years later I expanded that mission by opening an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As owner and operator I became responsible for every aspect of the organization — licensing and regulatory compliance, staffing, clinical oversight, quality assurance, budgeting, and daily operations.

As my experience grew, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and prospective facility owners sought my guidance on how to start and operate residential care facilities successfully. I found real fulfillment in mentoring others, sharing practical knowledge, and helping them avoid costly mistakes.

That passion led to the creation of Elite Guardians Homecare Consulting.

My mission is simple: to help aspiring healthcare entrepreneurs build compliant, sustainable, and successful residential care businesses that truly change lives. Through education, consulting, and mentorship, I guide clients through every stage — from choosing the right business model and obtaining licensure to developing operational systems that promote long-term success.
